Dr Willie van der Merwe from RealPROP Sales and Rentals is a professional real estate agent consultant and agency in Pretoria East with extensive experience in selling, buying, and renting houses, townhouses, apartments, duplexes, flats, and all types of properties. Dr Willie previously specialised in information technology-enabled strategic management consulting, project management, electronic-based research, and optimal allocation of funds using the bang for buck principle.
 
After 36 long, gruelling years in defence, engineering, project management, and management consulting, I finally became tired of working to suit someone else’s schedule and priorities.  I can now provide TOTAL support to my clients in a more relaxed, creative environment….mine!   Now I am in real estate consulting and enjoy applying the above skills to assist people with their biggest investment they will ever make in a professional way.
